Had a great afternoon with kids watching #Sing and getting stuck into @dirtybirdfriedchicken #poshbox … Big juicy chunks of fried chicken thighs smothered in #truffleoil #parmesan and chives and a side of crispy fries 🍟🍗 on a bed of rainbow 🌈 slaw and pickled celery 🤤❤️🔥

Would definitely recommend this place wherever it pops up, the secret is in the seasonings and most of all it’s in the fact that they use thighs and not breasts, this most definitely makes the difference in taste and moisture retention! 🤤
