Welcome to my passion, ever since a young age in an Italian kitchen I have loved the smell of flames licking at a joint of meat roasting or the steam in the air from pasta boiling… Skip 25 years later and I’m at a place in life where this childhood nostalgia is re-ignited by hot charcoal, spices and out of the ordinary ingredients.
